Info from this past trip Famous for it's wild ponies (which we will surely see and photograph) Chincoteague is also a great place for birds and scenics. Snow geese should be arriving in great numbers around this time. Brian Kennedy has appropriately named this place "The Poor Man's Bosque". Refuge
